A page with a form that has two fieldsets. The first fieldset contains a group of radio buttons, and the user is required to make a choice (there is no default). Instructions above the form explain that required fields have labels in red. The red text for the first fieldset is created by means of CSS and does not include a textual or character cue to tell the user that the field is required, so it is very difficult for users of current screen reader to find out which form fields are required.
